What’s a passing grade for the exam?

80% or higher is a passing grade. You can retake the exam unlimited times within your 30-day access period.

Do you have a group discount?

Yes! We offer group discounts if you wish to enroll multiple employees in the training course. How do you request a refund?

All refunds must be requested before beginning the course. If you wish to receive a refund, please forward your receipt to our customer service department at support@safecheck1.com with the subject line: Online Course Refund.

Please include the reason for your refund request in the email. Refund requests will not be accepted after the participant has started the course or if course access rights have expired. All group purchases are considered final.

What do I do if I need an extension?

Should an extension be requested, a fee equal to the initial payment or a minimum of $24.98 will apply before any extension is issued. Corporate group participants must contact their supervisor for an extension.
