British Columbia Food Safety Training Requirements
Every operator of a food business must hold a recognized food safety training certificate.
If operator is absent from the premises, at least one employee that has approved valid food safety certification must be present.
The SafeCheck Advanced Canadian Food Safety Certificate is approved in BC and across Canada. It is consider equivalent to FoodSafe 1 by the British Columbia Ministry of Health.
