| Course Access |
Students will have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete their course and exam. Course access rights are for 30 days. Should an extension be requested a fee equal to the initial payment or a minimum of $24.98 will apply before any extension is issued. Corporate and educational group students must contact their supervisor for an extension. |
| Exam |
Complete the exam online, at home at any time, immediately after completing the course. This will be done under the supervision of an online proctor.
Learners will have 60 minutes to complete the exam.
*In order to complete the exam online you will need a working webcam and microphone. Exams can be completed from any device including tablets and mobile phones.
* Valid Photo ID is required to complete the exam
*If you fail your exam you can retake it as often as needed without paying any additional fees.
